## 1. Who provides Howmigo
Howmigo is provided by NonDucor AB, a Swedish limited company with organisation number 559020-3856 and VAT number SE559020385601, based in Härryda, Sweden ("Howmigo", "we", "us").
By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
## 2. What Howmigo provides
Howmigo publishes step-by-step how-to guides and related information. The service is intended as general information for a general audience and may change over time.
## 3. Safety and no professional advice
Howmigo guides are not a substitute for professional, technical, medical, legal, electrical, structural or other specialist advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a task is appropriate for your skills, tools, environment and specific product or situation.
Read the full guide before starting. Follow the instructions, warnings and warranty terms supplied by the relevant manufacturer or qualified professional. Those instructions take priority over Howmigo if there is any conflict.
Do not attempt work involving mains electricity, gas, fuel systems, brakes, steering, structural elements, pressurised systems or other potentially dangerous work unless you are competent, properly equipped and legally permitted to do so. Stop if the situation you see does not match the guide or if you are uncertain.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Howmigo is not liable for damage, injury, loss or costs arising from use of a guide. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
## 4. Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and meet any applicable minimum age or legal-capacity requirements.
We may suspend, restrict or close accounts where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users or third parties, or where these terms are materially breached.
## 5. User content
You retain ownership of comments, ratings and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant NonDucor AB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content as needed to operate and promote the service.
You must have the right to submit the content. You may not submit unlawful, threatening, hateful, defamatory, fraudulent, sexually explicit or infringing content, spam, malware, dangerous instructions, unauthorised advertising, or another person's personal data without a lawful basis.
We may moderate or remove content, including content that creates a safety, legal, security or quality risk.
## 6. Howmigo content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the guides, text, illustrations, layout, branding, logos and other original material on Howmigo are owned by NonDucor AB or used under licence and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may read and link to Howmigo content for ordinary personal or editorial use. You may not systematically copy, scrape, republish, resell, redistribute or use Howmigo content to train machine-learning models without written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

## 7. AI-generated illustrations
Some or all step illustrations may be generated with artificial intelligence and are labelled accordingly. They are illustrative and may differ from the exact product, vehicle, appliance, component or environment in front of you. Written instructions, manufacturer documentation and real-world safety conditions take priority over any illustration.
## 8. Third-party websites and products
Howmigo may link to third-party websites, merchants, manufacturers and other services. We do not control their content, availability, products, pricing, terms or privacy practices and are not responsible for them. Your dealings with a third party are governed by that third party's terms and policies.
## 9. Affiliate links
Some links to tools, materials or merchants are affiliate links. If you follow an affiliate link and make a qualifying purchase or other qualifying action, Howmigo may receive a commission or other compensation. This does not increase the price you pay solely because the link is an affiliate link.
Where applicable, commercial links are identified or explained on the site. Affiliate compensation does not determine the instructional steps in a guide: our aim is to describe what the task requires.
If Howmigo participates in a programme that requires specific disclosure wording, such as the Amazon Associates programme, the required disclosure applies in addition to these terms.
## 10. Advertising
Howmigo may display third-party advertising, including advertising supplied through Google AdSense.
Advertising and analytics technologies are governed by our Privacy policy, Cookies page and your consent choices where consent is required.
## 11. Availability, changes and accuracy
We aim to keep the service available and useful, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every guide is complete, current or suitable for every version of a product or situation. We may update, remove, suspend or discontinue content or features at any time.
## 12. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy and Cookies page. Those documents also explain analytics, advertising, affiliate referrals and Google Consent Mode v2.
## 13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service, law or business model changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.
## 14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply under the law of their country of residence.
Disputes that cannot be resolved directly may be brought before the competent Swedish courts. Where applicable, consumers may also have access to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) or another competent alternative dispute-resolution body.
